Add flair to a scene by inserting an animal that is impossible to ignore. Try this out in a scene in your current work-in-progress, or create a quick-write to experiment with how your chosen animal might interrupt the other characters.
Consider using the rule of three for extra humor. One interruption can be funny, two adds to the joke, and the third (with a twist) truly creates that punch line.
